Our client, a 35-year-old man, was driving on Expressway Drive South in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, when his vehicle struck another car that was stopped while waiting to make a right turn. As a result of the collision, our client sustained a closed fracture of the right femoral head, along with multi-level herniated discs in his lumbar and cervical spine, requiring trigger point injections for pain management.
