Christine Bilello graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Christine joined the Odierno Law firm in January 2025 as a legal assistant in the bodily injury department.

Christine has more than 30 years of experience working for major Insurance Companies with experience in all areas of claims, but most of the experience is handling bodily injury litigated claims.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking local trails, going to the beach, and travelling.

At the firm, Isela Montes’ position is handling IMEs and Medical records. She earned her degree in Business Administration and aspires to one day run her own business. Something Isela really enjoys the most is traveling and getting to experience new cultures and traditions around the world.

Kaitlin is a native New Yorker who attended the School of Visual Arts for illustration, and SUNY Binghamton and SUNY Stony Brook for history. She transitioned to the legal field after 12 years working in health information management, specializing in release of information. She is now a legal assistant at the Odierno Law Firm, handling a variety of coordination duties ranging from narrative reports to social media, with a focus on the charitable community efforts by the firm. Outside of work, Kaitlin is passionate about art, literature, film, music, cooking, camping, LGBT rights and other social causes, and participates in a variety of local groups devoted to these interests. She is a cancer survivor for 10 years as of 2025.

Laura Meyer is a notary public, and earned her Associates Degree with honors in Paralegal Studies at Briarcliff College in May, 2017. She has 10 years of law experience behind her. Laura started working at the Odierno Law Firm in March, 2025 as a medical records clerk. She is also a licensed cosmetologist as well since 1982. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, going to concerts, plays, etc. Her motto is always “Do What You Love, and Love What You Do”.

Teresa Jeri graduated from Suffolk Community College in 2006 and received her associates degree in paralegal studies. She graduated from SUNY Old Westbury in 2008 and received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

She has been in the legal field for 20 years, and has worked at Odierno Law for a year (as of 2026). She is an army veteran, she was in the army from 1999-2007. Teresa was a sergeant in the army, and was deployed to Iraq from 2004-2005.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and family time, including all her pets

Joanne graduated from Nassau Community College with an Associate’s degree in Office Automation/Executive Secretary.

In September 2025, she joined the Odierno Law Firm, where she works as a Legal Assistant in the No-Fault Department. Joanne grew up in Wantagh and currently resides in Islip.

Outside of work, she enjoys working out, running, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.

Joel is a Legal Assistant and Notary Public supporting the front desk. Since beginning his career in the legal field, Joel has discovered a strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

He is always looking to improve his Spanish interpreter skills to better assist our Spanish-speaking clients. Joel graduated from Roosevelt High School.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new countries, spending time with friends and family, and singing, which is one of his biggest passions.

Justin handles a variety of IT and computer support duties for the firm, including coding, automation and programming, as well as assisting coworkers with technical matters. He is attending Farmingdale State College for a CPIS degree in his 4th year (Computer Programming & Information Science) and attended Suffolk County Community College for his first 2 years for Liberal Arts, graduating with honors.

Justin enjoys programming and continually learning new technologies, and likes being challenged to design and solve problems especially with AI related automation tools.

Otherwise, outside of computers and programming, Justin enjoys some light hiking on the trails around Long Island and has volunteered at a few animal shelters.

Lucy is the Supervising Paralegal of the Litigation Department at O2, joining the firm in 2025. With over 35 years experience in personal injury, including 15 years in management, she has worked for some of the largest firms on Long Island.

Lucy earned her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk County Community College and Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Dowling College.

In her spare time Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, her grand dog Charlie, gardening, the beach, traveling and enduring another NY Giants season. She was part of the committee for the American Cancer Society – Making Strides of Eastern Long Island, and has organized fundraisers for a local food pantry and PRIDE organizations.

Robert McDonald is an Investigator and started working for the Odierno Law Firm June 2025. He is a highly decorated retired Detective with over 20 years of law enforcement experience with the New York City Police Department.

He also has background in surveillance, video extraction, video enhancement, still photography, and criminal and civil investigations. While with the NYPD he has received numerous trainings, including Federal Courtroom testimony, Federal surveillance, Narcotic Identification, Insurance Fraud, interviewing witnesses and obtaining witness statements, and debriefing criminals.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family and spending the weekends watching his son play baseball.

Sadarah joined the firm in Fall 2025 as a No Fault Legal Assistant, where she supports her team through chart preparation, and trial calendar coordination. She holds a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and plans to pursue further education with the long-term goal of attending law school.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing short stories, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Maxi is a three year old Am Staff/Retriever mix who was adopted from North Shore Animal League. She is a friendly and considerate office mate with a calm and poised demeanor. In her spare time Maxi likes to recline on various pieces of furniture and chase geese in the office park.
