Plaintiff is a 40 year old man who was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in an accident with a commercial truck. The truck made a u-turn in front of the plaintiff and was ultimately held responsible for the accident. Plaintiff underwent physical therapy, but ultimately required a C3-C4 discectomy in addition to a cervical annuloplasty.
