Plaintiff is a 63 year old man who was driving his motor vehicle when it was struck in the rear by a dump truck. Plaintiff suffered a medial femoral condyle extensive tear and a mid-posterior horn tear in his right knee requiring an arthroscopy with a partial and lateral meniscectomy and a three compartment synovectomy. Plaintiff also sustained a tear of the labrum, a SLAP II tear and a rotator tear of the right shoulder requiring arthroscopic surgery with anchors.
