Gabriela McCarthy is a bilingual Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Attorney at The Odierno Law Firm, P.C. She graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2024 and is dedicated to ensuring clients feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout the litigation process. In her current role, Gabriela assists clients in personal injury matters, including preparing individuals for depositions and other key litigation milestones.
Prior to joining The Odierno Law Firm, P.C., Gabriela spent several years working as a paralegal in Long Island law firms, primarily in personal injury litigation, where she supported attorneys through advanced litigation and trial-stage preparation. Her legal background also includes experience handling complex mass tort matters, including Camp Lejeune and 3M Combat Earplugs claims, as well as immigration-related work. In addition, she completed an internship with ECLI-VIBES, a non-profit organization, where she supported community members by assisting with immigration-related matters and client services.
Gabriela is passionate about helping the Spanish community across New York and is always happy to assist clients with their personal injury matters with clarity, care, and dedication.
