John Aviles
Bio
John Aviles graduated St John ‘s University School of Law in 2001. The first ten years of his career was spent working for a defense firm that represented insurance companies and various municipalities. This experience has given John insight to the tactics and methods insurance companies and defense counsel use to evaluate and defend personal injury cases.
John then worked for firm on Long Island and spent 15 years there advocating for clients that were injured in auto cases, premises cases and labor law cases. He has had success in litigating these cases through trial as well as being successful in arguing appeals. John has also prepared and prosecuted numerous successful mediations and arbitrations. His vast and diverse experience coupled with his dedication to our clients yield outstanding results.
