Bio
Barr B. Musof joined the Odierno Law Firm in January, 2025 as a trial attorney. He has over 20-years of experience focusing on civil litigation and personal injury matters. His primary areas of practice include automobile accidents, premises/general liability, and Labor Law cases.
Barr obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice with a minor in Sociology from Roger Williams University in 2000 and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Barr participated in various internship programs and clinics; including, the Office of the Public Defender and the Family Law and Disability Clinic, in Providence, Rhode Island. He also completed a Comparative Advocacy Clinic in London, England. Barr is admitted to practice law in all the Courts of the State of New York and also Federal Court in the Eastern District of New York.
Barr gained significant experience in the area of personal injury insurance defense while working as in-house trial counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, handling both personal and commercial line cases from inception through trial. Before joining the Odierno Law Firm, Barr maintained a personal injury practice in East Setauket and worked as a trial attorney for Siben & Siben, LLP located in Bay Shore.
