As lead trial attorney at O2, Christian aggressively prosecutes personal injury cases. Negligence generally occurs as a result of systemic deficiencies at institutions or the simple lack of caring on the part of individuals. Unfortunately, such carelessness usually results in injuries to the innocent. Victims of negligence and carelessness need highly skilled and effective representation. Christian zealously advocates for our clients to ensure that they receive due justice under the law. His goal is always to achieve the maximum value of recovery whether by settlement or trial. Christian has nearly 20 years of experience handling personal injury cases including medical malpractice cases, construction accident cases (Labor Law 240, 241c), motor vehicle accident cases, premises liability cases as well as cases against municipalities.
He also has substantial experience representing firefighters and police officers in cases predicated upon General Municipal Law 205, also referred to as the “Fireman’s Rule”. Early in his career, Christian was mentored by top civil defense attorneys and top plaintiff attorneys in New York City. He possesses in-depth experience in the methodology, perspectives, and strategies of both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. He possesses strong legal research, writing, analysis, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills. Christian. has recovered tens of millions of dollars for personal injury clients and has handled several high-profile cases that received media attention. Christian was born in Flushing, New York. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2000. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal District Courts for the New York Southern and Eastern Districts.
