Dana Aviles
Dana Aviles, is a paralegal with the Odierno Law Firm, P.C. She joined the firm in February 2007 as a legal assistant in the no-fault department. Shortly following graduation, in 2010, she decided to further her education and earned her Paralegal Certificate. Subsequently Dana has assisted in litigating and arbitrating thousands of cases.
In her spare time, Dana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading paranormal romance fiction with optimistic endings and walking in the great outdoors.

Kelly Linden
Kelly Linden-Settlement Clerk/Legal Assistant
Kelly was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She has over 24 years of No-Fault Insurance experience. She began as an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Claims then was promoted to a No-Fault Claims Handler, Commercial Claims Handler and an Arbitration/Litigation Claims Handler. She then advanced to become a No-Fault Supervisor. Kelly has conducted various training sessions with all handlers on Workers Compensation Fee Schedule and No-Fault Regulations.
Kelly was hired at The Odierno Law Firm on October 19, 2020, as a Settlement Clerk/Legal Assistant. She handles all settlements regarding No Fault Arbitrations and Litigation. She works closely with the attorneys to ensure our clients receive maximum recovery for their claims.
When Kelly is not working, she spends time with her husband and her 20-year-old daughter. She also spends time with her friends. She loves music, traveling and reading.
Stacy Callan
Stacy Callan is originally from Levittown NY where she attended Nassau Community College. She was hired on to the Odierno team as a part time law clerk in November of 2006, and has since transitioned into a Legal Assistant position on our no fault department. She administers to Judgments, Property Executions, Arbitration and Worker’s Compensation matters. She also corresponds with claim representatives and resolves any issues they may have. Her goal along with the entire Odierno team is to ensure that our clients know they are always the top priority.
When Stacy is not working, she can typically be found on a field watching her kids playing a variety of sports. She enjoys modular shooting ranges, dining with friends, listening to music and watching Hallmark movies.
Angela Merritt
Angela Merritt is a legal administrator who started in our no-fault department in 2020. She now works in the bodily injury department processing and administering to clients and their cases from inception to completion. She brings passion and understanding to her work and is truly dedicated to her law career.
In her free time she enjoys binge watching true crime shows, tattoo art, supernatural mashup movies, reading gothic fiction and playing with her rescued fur babies Ivy and Dexter.
Kristin Larice
Kristin Larice is a paralegal and notary public and started working at the Odierno Law Firm in 2018. She earned her Associate Degree and Paralegal Certificate from Katharine Gibbs School in 2003. Kristin works in the bodily injury department processing and administering to cases and clients from inception to completion. Clients and co-workers appreciate her calm and professional demeanor.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her family.
Cheryl Castellano
Cheryl Castellano is the no fault client coordinator at The Odierno Law Firm. Cheryl has worked in the no fault department since 2008 and is responsible for securing, triaging and processing our client’s unpaid claims. She is an extremely positive and energetic person who goes above and beyond always with a smile on her face. She is happily married and a mother of 7 wonderful children.
During her free time she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, reading, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with her family.
Thomas Green
Thomas Green attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field working for some of the most reputable insurance firms on Long Island. Thomas joined the personal injury department The Odierno Firm in October of 2020, with a well earned reputation for a commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Thomas works with a client first attitude to ensure their needs and concerns are fulfilled.
Thomas studied Psychology at Albright College and in his spare time he enjoys reading, sports (Washington Commanders) and spending time with friends and family.
Erin Donovan
Erin Donovan graduated from Farmingdale State College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports management. While attending FSC Erin was on the Track and Field team. In 2017 Erin joined the Odierno Law Firm in the no fault department as a legal assistant working closely with the attorneys while preparing and vetting litigation and arbitration matters.
In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fastpacking hikes with her dogs, coaching track and halfpipe snowboarding.
Amanda McConney
Amanda McConney joined O2 in March 2014 as a Legal Assistant in the no fault department and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Hofstra University Paralegal Program in May 2018.. Amanda has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Minor in Psychology from Dowling College. Amanda has a knowledge of American Sign Language and in her free time enjoys being a homebody but on occasions loves road trips and traveling the free world.
Jessica Apfelbaum
Jessica Apfelbaum joined The Odierno Law Firm in 2017 as a paralegal with over 13 years of experience in the legal field. She specializes in discovery and trial preparation for the firm’s bodily injury department. Jessica received her Paralegal certification along with her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Nassau Community College in 2009. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Farmingdale State College.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, spending time, with her family and drinking IPA’s.
Kerri Burch
Kerri Burch joined The Odierno Law Firm in 2022 and has 15 years experience as a legal secretary with extensive knowledge of residential real estate matters. At O2 she is responsible for the administration of all Real Estate and Wills, Trusts and Estate matters.
In her free time she enjoys yoga, biking to the beach, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Joslyn McArthur
Joslyn McArthur has worked as a legal assistant on the no Fault Department since 2017. She lives in Suffolk County, NY and enjoys baking gluten free goodies on her free time which she submits to various King Arthur Bake-Off Contests.
Alfie Gonzales
Alfie Gonzales joined the bodily injury department in 2021. Her responsibilities include that of calendar clerk and accounting administrator. Alfie has worked in the legal field for over 20 years in various positions.
Alfie enjoys movies, criminal and law themed T.V. shows and spending time with her family and friends.
Valerie Bellantoni
Valerie Bellantoni was born and raised in Woodhaven, Queens. She attended St. Francis Prep Highschool and then went on to graduate from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies. She has worked for over 30 years as a Paralegal concentrating in Personal Injury matters and joined the Odierno Law Firm in 2022.
Her hobbies include spending time with family, cooking, listening to 70s music, bicycle riding, walking with her dog and metal detecting on the beach.
Julie Genero
Julie Genero Joined the Odierno Law Firm as a personal injury paralegal in June of 2022. She attended St. John’s University and has been a legal assistant since 1993. She has experience in both bodily injury and no-fault litigation. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, playing word games, boating and spending time with friends and family.
Breanna James
Breanna James Joined the Odierno Law Firm’s No-Fault Department in July of 2022. She is a Cybersecurity major and mother to a delightful son. She loves spending time with her son, watching horror movies, visiting museums and zoos, spending time outdoors and attending outdoor festivals.
Ada Rovelo
Ada Rovelo Joined the Odierno Law Firm in July of 2022 as our front desk receptionist. She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Ada has been working as a paralegal for over seventeen years on Long Island while mainly focusing on fulfilling the legal needs of the Spanish community. In her free time, she loves to take walks, travel and spend time with her family and friends.
Vanessa Lopez
Vanessa Lopez Joined the Odierno Law Firm in August 2022 as an immigration paralegal. Vanessa is fully bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She worked for the past five years in a New York City law firm as an immigration paralegal. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and travelling. She loves to spend time with her family and her dogs.
Hema Panday
Hema Panday Joined the Odierno Law Firm in July 2022 as a Lost Wages/Property Damages specialist. She earned an Associate Degree in business management in 2010 and has been working in the personal injury field for 12 years in various capacities. Hema earned her Paralegal certification in 2018 from Queens College and became a licensed notary in 2022. Hema is the mother of two wonderful boys, enjoys reading self-development books, collecting 17th and 18th century orthopedic boots, exercising, meditating, and spending quality time with family.
Anthony Scotti
Anthony Scotti is the Settlement Coordinator of The Odierno Law Firm. Born in Manhattan in 1974, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Dowling College in 2000, followed by an MBA in 2004. Anthony’s journey is marked by a profound commitment to service. Following high school, he served honorably in the United States Army. Afterward he worked at various claim and managerial positions in the insurance industry. His attributes and experience are central to his role as the Settlement Coordinator, where he skillfully navigates complex settlement processes, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients. He enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, a testament to his belief in continuous personal growth and learning.
Jeffrey Pinter
Since 1995, Jeffrey M. Pinter has been a distinguished personal injury paralegal based in New York. He is a Hunter College alum with a Business degree (1989-1993) and a New York State Notary Public since 2020. Jeffrey’s expertise spans from insurance defense to plaintiff’s personal injury and mass tort litigation, particularly in Long Island. His notable skills include arbitration and representing major NY hospitals in no-fault MVA cases, which showcase his adeptness in achieving favorable outcomes. Beyond the courtroom, Jeffrey is passionate about music, golf and The New York Yankees. He also enjoys camping and live music events. This combination of professional excellence and personal interests makes Jeffrey M. Pinter a versatile asset in the personal injury legal field.
Martyna Tarnowski
Meet Martyna Tarnowski, an integral member of The Odierno Law Firm’s dynamic legal team, specializing in personal injury cases. As a highly skilled paralegal in our firm’s renowned Bodily Injury Department since October 2023, Martyna brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every case. She graduated from Suffolk County Community College, where she earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Demonstrating a commitment to comprehensive legal expertise, Martyna further honed her skills at SUNY Old Westbury, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Economics & Law, achieving an impressive 4.0 GPA. Martyna is a valuable asset to our diverse client base as a bilingual professional, fluently speaking both Polish and English. This linguistic skill is especially beneficial in addressing the needs of our diverse clientele in personal injury cases. Her interests include exploring the outdoors with her dog, discovering new destinations through travel, enjoying sunny days at the beach, engaging in the invigorating sport of horseback riding, and cherishing quality time with her family.
Mercedes Lopez
Mercedes Lopez is the newest addition to our team as a part-time Office Assistant. Currently enriching her academic journey at New York City College of Technology, Mercedes combines her collegiate learning with real-world experience in our office, bringing fresh perspectives and youthful energy. A bilingual powerhouse, Mercedes fluently speaks both Spanish and English, a skill that greatly enhances our team’s ability to connect with a diverse client base. Her linguistic abilities are not just an asset to our communication strategies, but also reflect our firm’s commitment to inclusivity and understanding.
Outside the office, Mercedes is an avid reader and her love for music adds another layer to her dynamic personality, resonating with creativity and harmony. Her love of hiking evidences her passion for exploration and discovery which translates seamlessly into her work ethic, where she approaches tasks with enthusiasm and an open mind.
Lenny Rovelo
Lenny Rovelo is a dedicated and proficient legal associate with an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University. His began working for law firms in High School and most recently gained valuable healthcare experience while employed at Northwell Health. His time there served to further enhance his expertise in the field of personal injury.
An avid sports enthusiast and a music lover who enjoys DJing, Lenny combines his passions with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and effective legal representation to our clients.
Betzabeth Haynia
In her free time, Betzabeth enjoys sports, watching movies, shopping, and grilling BBQ. We are thrilled to have her with us and look forward to her contributions!
Aileen Suazo
Aileen Suazo joined our Bodily Injury Department in 2024. She graduated from Brentwood High School and then went on to attend Suffolk County Community College. The last 5 years have seen Aileen working in various capacities within the field of Personal Injury. She is skilled with case management, research, acquiring and reviewing medical records, and client communication. Aileen maintains fluency in both English and Spanish.
In her spare time, she competes as a member of a professional dance team, enjoys traveling to new destinations and trying rare or unique cuisines that offer a wide array of culinary and cultural experiences.
Alexandra Albano
Alexandra Albano is originally from Queens, New York. She graduated from St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies, where she also earned a Paralegal Certificate upon graduation. Alexandra became a part of the Odierno firm in April 2025 where she was hired as a no-fault legal assistant.
In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her friends and family, shopping, cooking, and baking. She also runs a small Instagram baking business called Baked by Lexi, which she does for fun on the side!
Christine Bilello
Christine Bilello graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Christine joined the Odierno Law firm in January 2025 as a legal assistant in the bodily injury department.
Christine has more than 30 years of experience working for major Insurance Companies with experience in all areas of claims, but most of the experience is handling bodily injury litigated claims.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking local trails, going to the beach, and travelling.
Cindy Yanez
Cindy Yanez position at the firm is working as a front receptionist. She’s a 27-year-old full time mom of a 10-year-old. Her favorite colors are pink and green, she loves coffee, she loves watching scary movies, she likes going for walks and hikes, she loves going to the gym, she loves reading books on her free time and loves spending time with family. She loves dogs and she also loves to travel and try new foods. Cindy went to a trade school at Hunter Business School and graduated as Medical Assistant. Her goal in her career is to become a surgical technician and eventually after a surgical career, become a PA (Physician Assistant).
Isela Montes
At the firm, Isela Montes position is helping as an assistant receptionist and helping with the IMEs. She is currently in school, majoring in business administration, and hopes to one day run a business of her own. She finds financing interesting and got the opportunity to work as an accounts payable clerk, but decided to just focus on her studies instead after a year. She has a cat that is basically her son (his name is Mattias), she enjoys lying down next to him and watching true crime documentaries. In her free time, Isela likes to work out and go on walks at a duck park that she has been going to since she was young. She also enjoys going out to eat in the city with her friends and brother and having a good time together. One thing Isela really enjoys the most is traveling and getting to experience new cultures and traditions around the world and taking pictures of everything new she gets to experience.
Kaitlin Redmond
Kaitlin is a native New Yorker who attended the School of Visual Arts for illustration, and SUNY Binghamton and SUNY Stony Brook for history. She transitioned to the legal field after 12 years working in health information management, specializing in release of information. She is now a legal assistant at the Odierno Law Firm, handling a variety of coordination duties ranging from narrative reports to social media.
Outside of work, Kaitlin is passionate about art, literature, film, music, cooking, camping, LGBT rights and other social causes, and participates in a variety of local groups devoted to these interests. She is a cancer survivor for 10 years as of 2025.
Laura Meyer
Laura Meyer is a notary public, and earned her Associates Degree with honors in Paralegal Studies at Briarcliff College in May, 2017. She has 10 years of law experience behind her. Laura started working at the Odierno Law Firm in March, 2025 as a medical records clerk. She is also a licensed cosmetologist as well since 1982. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, going to concerts, plays, etc. Her motto is always “Do What You Love, and Love What You Do”.
Teresa Jeri
Teresa Jeri graduated from Suffolk Community College in 2006 and received her associates degree in paralegal studies. She graduated from SUNY Old Westbury in 2008 and received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She has been a personal injury paralegal since 2002. She is an army veteran, she was in the army from 1999-2007. Teresa was a sergeant in the army, and was deployed to Iraq from 2004-2005. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with my family and she likes to draw and paint.
Victoria Plumitallo
Victoria Plumitallo is from Deer Park, New York. She went to Suffolk Community College for Criminal Justice. She became a part of the Odierno firm in 2024 where she was hired as a no-fault legal assistant, working with the attorneys and sending out the bills to AAA.
In Victoria’s spare time, she likes to play video games, read and spend time with her cat.
Maxi
Maxi is a three year old Am Staff/Retriever mix who was adopted from North Shore Animal League. She is a friendly and considerate office mate with a calm and poised demeanor. In her spare time Maxi likes to recline on various pieces of furniture and chase geese in the office park.
